Josh Hoggett

Josh is an accomplished solicitor with experience in providing practical and reliable advice to clients. 

Josh specialises and has a keen interest in a wide range of employment law matters that he has advised upon in his extensive tenure with Stevens & Associates Lawyers.

In his capacity as a Senior Solicitor, Josh has experience in advising employers and senior executives on contentious and non-contentious matters. Josh has assisted the firm in the following matters: restraint of trade, defence of investigation, employment contracts and policies, performance management, redundancies, discrimination, sexual harassment, unfair dismissal, general protections, and enterprise bargaining.

Josh has appeared in both the Fair Work Commission and Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia representing clients of Stevens & Associates Lawyers in their employment law matters. 

Josh has a particular interest in issues relating to the underpayment of wages and entitlements, post-employment restraints, and the increasingly relevant issue of accessorial liability.
